Because tea is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days after delivery.

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if there is any issue with your order.

To request a return, please email us at flemmetea@gmail.com with your order details and photos if applicable.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

 

Under EU consumer law, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days after delivery, unless excluded for food safety reasons.
